✔️ Bread delivery on request (order by 6:00 p.m. the day before)
We believe: A successful holiday is priceless – but its price should be fair. And that's what we stand for – with quality, transparency, and an open ear for our guests.
For direct bookings we offer a price advantage. The binding booking confirmation will be sent to you once we have received the deposit of 20% of the accommodation price on our business account.
A final cleaning fee of €50.00 applies to each booked apartment for all reservations.
Two sauna sessions are included in the price; for each additional session, we charge a fee of €5.00 to cover costs.
We charge a daily rate of €15.00 for pets, excluding food (arrival and departure days are not charged).

And for those visiting us for the first time, we want them to feel exactly that: truly welcome – and eager to return. Because often, first-time guests become loyal regulars – and for us, that’s the greatest compliment.
Before spending your well-deserved holiday at our beautiful apartment residence, the Antonya Apartments in Schenna near Merano, we kindly ask you to inform yourself in advance about important details regarding cancellation policies, travel cancellation insurance and the general terms and conditions of the accommodation.
Cancellation policy:
Up to 60 days before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract may be cancelled without a cancellation fee by the guest or the person making the booking, by means of a unilateral written declaration.
Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;
Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;
Cancellations up to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total price;
Cancellations less than 8 days before arrival: 80% of the agreed total price.
The cancellation must be made in writing and must reach us no later than the specified time periods (60, 21, 15, 8 days) before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s).
In case of non-arrival without prior written cancellation, the guest or the person making the booking is obliged to pay 80% of the agreed total price. The agreed price includes both the accommodation and any additional services booked.
